Awful. Stay away. I needed my black cargo trailer side door replaced. They never notified me to tell me they were installing a white fiberglass (shower liner) in lieu of even attempting to match the metal. I get a call telling me it was done without giving me the price or getting my approval . they tell me it would be about $1500. I was in shock but just plain disgusted when I pulled up and saw a white textured shower liner door on my black metal trailer and was on the hook for $800 more than what I was even willing to pay. Their idea of working with me was knocking off $200 for the labor. They fought w me and insisted it was my fault for miscommunication. Their method of “working”with me was textbook fix the problem they created and “save” me money that way. To make me happy He did offer an alternative solution to fix the problem they created….but it was gonna cost more …no thanks. I paid for the trailer and hope to save at least one non semi truck driver customer. I’m sure they do good on big jobs but keep shopping if you got a smaller job.

Came to this business establishment for trailer repair the staff is friendly and fast did an awesome job on the repair needed. Just remember depending on the job that's need to be done will determine how long it will take mine was quick and simple I recommend this business to any truck driver.

These guys are fast and good. I had a hole in a trailer roof and shipper wouldn't load me until it was fixed. Drove down here from deridder , got me in half an hour and back on the road in time to save my load. And as an added bonus my company happened to have an account with them already which I didn't know prior. If I am in the area and need a repair again on a trailer , these guys will be my first stop.
